My Philosophy
As a life and business coach with a rich background in counselling and hypnotherapy, I offer a holistic and multifaceted approach to personal and professional growth. Whether you're an individual seeking clarity, a mum rediscovering her identity, a start-up founder navigating early challenges, a school or a corporate leader ready to evolve - I am here to support your journey.
Using deep questioning and listening skills, combined with a range of tools and techniques, we address challenges, hurdles, unhelpful beliefs in order to create solutions and positive change. My clients have a non-judgemental, safe space to explore, develop and resolve what might be holding them back.
My Experience
I am a certified Life and Business Coach through Barefoot Coaching and I am registered with the International Coaching Foundation.
Some of my corporate clients have included Discovery Inc, Arrow Global Asset Management, the Marjory Kinnon School and Coca Cola. I have also worked with groups running Coaching Pods for employees.
Industries: Financial, asset management, media, fitness, healthcare and start-ups.
My Services
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions between 3-6 sessions. These are held either fortnightly or monthly. These can be online or in person. I am based in West London.
My areas of expertise include personal development, relationships, confidence and self-limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, communication skills, work/life balance.
